Although pregnancy is usually detected when you have missed a period there are actually quite a few early pregnancy symptoms before missed period occurs. In fact you may be able to detect your pregnancy much earlier than a pregnancy test could accurately do so.

However the earliest pregnancy symptoms that occur cannot be considered alone, there are many different signs that you may have conceived that are also simply symptoms of both ovulation and regular periods. If you are trying to conceive you are quite possibly noticing symptoms that may predict a pregnancy that you simply did not take notice of before.

There are, however, some signs and symptoms that when experienced together predict a possible pregnancy. If you are like every woman who has tried to conceive then you are more than likely anxious to know if you are pregnant or not before your period is due. While none of the symptoms described below can guarantee a positive result, the theory is that the more symptoms you are experiencing, the more likely that you have successfully conceived (especially if the symptoms are things that you would not usually be feeling).

Earliest Pregnancy Symptoms

It is worth mentioning here that every pregnancy differs and just because you are not experiencing the same symptoms as others or the common signs listed in your pregnancy book does not mean that you have not conceived

Swollen and painful breasts – this is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy for many women, however it is also a sign of an upcoming period.

Fatigue – you may feel exhausted in the very early stages of pregnancy and if there is no obvious reason for this it is a good indication that you may be pregnant, especially if you are experiencing other symptoms too.

Flu like symptoms – you may also feel as if you are coming down with the flu early on. this is due to the rise in body temperature that occurs in pregnancy.

Vomiting and nausea – morning sickness can be as early as two weeks after conception and is due to rising levels of the HCG hormone in the body, however there are many other reasons why you may experience nausea and this should only be taken as a possible sign of early pregnancy.

Sense of smell – you may experience an increased sense of smell in the early weeks of pregnancy, this is again due to hormone levels rising and is also partly responsible for morning sickness.

Another possible sign of early pregnancy is intuition, you may instinctively feel different or just know that something has changed in your body. Many people doubt this can happen but if you ask other women who have children already, you may find that many of them will tell you that they knew they were pregnant before they ever missed a period at all.

The only way to positively confirm a pregnancy is through testing. A missed period is a good indication, but there can be other reasons that this may occur, so it is wise to take a test or visit your medical profession as soon as you suspect you are pregnant so that you can start receiving prenatal care.

Is Acupuncture the real deal? The short answer would be yes, acupuncture is one of the natural fertility treatments of my choice when it comes to telling what my potential clients should do. What is acupuncture exactly and how does it work to produce such amazing results?

The answer is two fold. First of all, acupuncture has been around for centuries. (and yes, what most people know about it is misleading) Normally, a treatment doesn’t stick around for such a long time if it doesn’t work. In fact, acupuncture has a long history of 5000 years, now that’s a very long time to test whether a treatment works or not without the aid of any pharmaceutical drugs and/or surgery or any kind. In fact, aside from herbs, this is the only kind of treatment used in China for a very long time. If it works for them for such a long time, I’m sure It will work for you.

But you might be thinking that you need more proof than longevity to accept that acupuncture and infertility has been interlinked as a cure for 5000 years now. (and whether they’re effective or not) And you shall get the proof because recent medical journals has been documenting he effectiveness of acupuncture for treating anything from arthritis, weight loss, back pain, depression and of course, infertility. This is not some kind of whack job experiment but most of them are peer reviewed journal that are widely respected by clinician and physician from all over the world. Similar results have been replicated at labs all around the world with similar results.

Plus, acupuncture has been really popular these days and shows no signs of declining popularity. The reason why it’s so popular right now is most probably because it really works for a lot of people.
