The strong topical steroid ointment prescribed by one doctor who said to massage it in feet and wrap with plastic caused major side effects and a visit to the ER very early one morning! Side effects such as chronic fatigue, major anxiety and hormone imbalance were my symptoms! I just learned a few days ago about the foods that are triggering the eczema and now feel I can move forward and do much better on my own! Also, your info on Acid Reflux was of great help!
