When looking for a bacne treatment, it is easy to be overwhelmed by the incredible amount of tips and suggestions that are on the internet.  Luckily, there are a few of them that provide great results and don’t take much work at all.  The tips that I want to offer in this post are all completely natural, simple, and can be done by anyone and everyone, including you!

It’s important to know that one of the biggest factors that lead to the growth of bacne is moisture that is trapped between your skin and your clothes.  This works to clog the pores on your back and the rest of your body.  One of the easiest ways to help treat your bacne is to give your skin as much time to “breathe” as possible.  If you are suffering from acne on your back or chest, spend as much time as you can without a shirt on.  The easiest way to do this is sleep without clothes on.  It’s also a lot more fun to sleep that way, but that doesn’t really fit the scope of this article!

Another thing to consider when trying to find the best acne treatment for your situation is the sheets of your bed.  There are couple of problems that we run into here.  First, your sheets work to spread the oil in your skin all around your skin throughout the night.  Second, many detergents have fragrance and softeners in them that can contribute to your skin breaking out.  You might not be allergic to the detergent, but it can irritate your skin and lead to acne.  To resolve all of this, get a few extra sets of sheets, change them out every two or three days, and wash them with a hypo-allergenic detergent.

Bacne treatments really don’t get much easier than the ones that we have outlined here.  Pair these with an acne body wash and you will see some big improvements in your skin very quickly.
