A Small portable treadmill is ideal for those who want to do their workout at home, but do not have enough space to place gym equipments. The equipment is foldable and lightweight, but the downside will be that it comes with a weight limit. Make sure you check on that before a purchase.

However, small portable treadmills are not in high demand right now, so finding one can be a bit of a problem.

The Horizon Evolve Treadmill is a good one to invest your money in. The equipment is lightweight and 59” long, although when folded it stands at only 10”. It can be placed flat on the floor or stored standing upright, so tucking it in the closet or under the bed is never going to be a problem.

This portable treadmill is equipped with a 1.5 HP motor which can give you a maximum of 6 MPH speed. The weight limit is 250 lb and the equipment also comes with two different workout programs and an instructions manual that details the processes of burning fat. The frame comes with a warranty of 20 years, although the labor and parts and the motor have warranties of 1 and 5 year/s respectively.

If you like music blaring during your workout session, this small portable treadmill will come handy too, as it has speakers and a docking station for iPod or like gadgets. However you will need some good sneakers or walk shoes as the deck does not have enough cushioning.

Manual treadmills may be another way to go, but one needs strong leg force to get it started as the force will need to be applied by the user. Once you get going, things get easier however. At around 150 dollars, the price is a big benefit, too.

Another good small portable treadmill would be Smooth Fitness. With advanced folding mechanism, hand rails with toggle switches and a good sound system, this makes for a great piece of home treadmill. The cost is however a bit on the upside and the equipment is tad heavier than the others, too.

With easy fold-up options, these treadmills are a good option for ones needing to move often. At the same time, they are a great work-out equipment, too.
